After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida, Nichole Katz went on to become the owner and operator of the Butterfly Garden Inn for six years. At the stunning 28-acre hotel property in Oak Creek Canyon, she oversaw the full renovation, including remodeling 18 cabins and the Inn’s expansive lobby. She also tackled big projects like installing a septic treatment plant, rewiring outdated electrical, and installing an industrial kitchen. All of this taught her the importance of following her dreams, so when she went on to pursue her real estate license she could bring that experience to you, and help you spot the perfect place to pursue your dreams. She works to help buyer’s agents and help institutional buyers with new developments and new constructions. Now as a fully licensed professional Realtor, Nichole runs her own real estate investment company. She knows exactly how to spot a diamond in the rough that can become an excellent investment property. Nichole specializes in working with buyers and investors to help them purchase the ideal property. Nichole’s hobbies include theater and enjoying her amazing 14 year old daughter.
