Bill is an Associate Broker, e-Pro, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Maricopa County Real Estate Special Commissioner supporting the Court with real estate matters, former Instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business where he educated new Realtors on the Arizona Residential Real Estate Contract.  Bill is the In-Charge Designated Broker of RE/MAX Fine Properties when the Broker is out of town.  Bill is the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club in 2017, 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012, RE/MAX Platinum Club in 2016, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, and 2005, and RE/MAX International Hall of Fame in 2009.
