We were out of state buyers and Erica understood our needs. She showed us homes that fulfilled our requirements. The best part is, she was never pushy. Erica was extremely helpful during our closing process with keeping everyone on task and always keeping us updated. We had never closed on a house without an attorney and in her words “You have the option to hire one, but that’s my job representing you”. She did an amazing job.
