Our lucky day was a few months ago when we walked into the Remax office with a few questions about Flagstaff homes and got hooked up with Ksenia. She is absolutely one of the best real estate agents we have ever had — and we’ve bought/sold 7 homes. She is thorough, responsive, exacting, understanding of her clients’ needs, and exceeds expectations for every aspect of the real estate transaction. We are not Flagstaff locals, so we made several trips to Flagstaff and Ksenia made herself fully available to us, including several virtual tours when we found something of interest and we couldn’t do a physical tour. We had pretty specific requirements in a home, and she was able to quickly eliminate those she knew would not meet our standards. We ended up buying a house through a virtual tour, and K has been awesome with her follow-through, putting us in touch with a handyman, carpet cleaner and other services, and going above and beyond every step of the way. We highly recommend Ksenia — there’s no Realtor who could have done a better job for us.
