Throughout his career, he has worked with esteemed firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, Camden Property Trust, and Steadfast, honing his knowledge of the Arizona and California markets. He has extensive experience in the realm of multifamily management, acquisitions, and dispositions ranging from 12 – 3,000+ units in size and portfolios of 38,000+.

Michael has also been deeply involved in real estate leadership and education. He is a past president of the Orange County, California chapter of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and a former Senior Vice President on IREM’s International Board. Additionally, he served as an advisor on the board of the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Real Estate, contributing his expertise to the next generation of industry leaders.
