I left the corporate world after 16 years for one main reason: to help individuals and families reach their goals. So, as a Realtor, it’s one of the first questions I ask my clients; “What is YOUR goal?”. It is such a vital, yet often overlooked, component of the real estate process. Success is defined by the CLIENT, and only uncovered by asking the right questions, and then listening.

Mission-Focused – As a military veteran, I’m dedicated to completing the mission with my valued clients. Together, we navigate the obstacles, stay on schedule, and achieve victory.

Accomplished Negotiator – In my corporate past with a Fortune 50 company, I negotiated hundreds of contracts, ranging from $50k to $125 million. I have the heart of a teacher and sift through legalese and requirements to make things clear for clients.

Relatable – Real estate is not just my job; It has been my passion for years. I have owned investment properties across multiple states and have experience with 1031 exchanges. I enjoy relating to clients from my own personal experiences.

Proactive Strategy – My proactive strategy focuses on your wants and needs, and then combines technology, personal communication, and targeted marketing to successfully buy or sell your home.

Licenses and Degrees – If the majestic beauty of the Pacific Northwest interests you, I bring value there as well, as I’m licensed in both WA and AZ. I have a B.S. degree in Finance (OSU) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA, ASU). I was privileged to live and work overseas and am fluent in Spanish.

My Three Commitments – 1) Responsiveness, 2) Results, 3) Relationship. All clients deserve prompt and courteous communication. My systems and strategies produce results. Our relationship is valued for the long term.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with lovely wife and two sons, and I enjoy travel, baseball, golf, skiing, and fishing. If only there were more time to play! 😊 I coach in Little League and lead service teams to Central America with my church.
