Moving to Arizona from Illinois would have been much more stressful if we hadn’t chosen Darlin as our agent. She helped us find our house in 1 day because she was able to get a feel of the kind of home we were looking for as she sent us listings virtually. She was also able to help us get our pool in our purchase agreement as the loan officer at our bank wasn’t sure we could do it. Darlin had worked with this bank before and was able to help him reference prior contracts to make it happen. Beyond her responsibilities as our agent, she went above and beyond. Because we were closing on the house from Illinois, she did our walk through for us, handled our loan issues with the pool while we were both on vacation, and gave us phenomenal references for day cares and a pool company in the area which have both been awesome!
