James McGiffert

Associate Broker for RE/MAX Fine Properties. I have been a Realtor since October 2006. I was the President of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors (SAAR) in 2017 and was on the Board of Directors for nine years. I also have served on two Committees for the Association. I served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Realtors for eight years and have served on the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Oversight Committee for six years and the Risk Management Committee for two years.

I was a NAR (National Association of Realtors) Director and a member of the national Risk Management Committee. I have served on the Board of Directors for two Home Owner Associations including the Sonoran Foothills where we have lived for 11 years, and have served as President of the Board for both of them. My wife Susan and I are very active in the community serving on committees and sponsoring events to serve the community.

I serve my church teaching Adult Education classes and was on the Men’s Leadership Team for the church. Have been married to my wife Susan for over 40 years. I serve both buyers and sellers in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas and also do property management for investors and individuals.
