I began Luxury Real Estate in 1998 with Geoffrey H. Edmunds, A Toll Brothers Company. My skill set and results were quickly rewarded with the Rookie of the Year Award. My 6 years with Toll Brothers, Americas Luxury Builder taught me corporate America, deadlines, stock worth, custom building, construction, accountability. Paired with work ethic and integrity I have now celebrated my 21st year in the Real Estate Industry.

2004 began the next chapter of my career joining the sales team at Pine Canyon, the private golf community in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Pine Canyon experience provided an opportunity to move home and excel earning simultaneously obtaining my Broker License and top producer within the group. I have sold in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix simultaneously with Flagstaff for 13 years. I am the top producing Realtor in Scottsdale as well as Flagstaff.

2012 I purchased my RE/MAX franchise. After four years we grew to 125 million in 2016 and I was offered an opportunity to partner with Del Rounds, owner of RE/MAX Fine Properties. Paired Fine Properties would become a 850 million dollar annual producer in real estate. RE/MAX Fine Properties acquired RE/MAX Fine Living in January of 2017.

At this time I continue with my passion of real estate sales in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley while I am the managing broker of Flagstaff. I coach, recruit and support our agents with excitement and inspiration for agents to grow to their fullest personal and professional potential with the #1 brand globally! I continue to enjoy my passion to deliver results to clients, friends and family. The achievement of 95% referrals as the base of my business is nothing short of an honor.
