Allen Ginsberg

Allen has been assisting sellers and buyers since 1984. Over the course of the years, Allen has owned over 200 units including homes, condos, mobile home parks, mini storage, strip malls, office buildings, apartment complexes and vacation rentals. Allen has also assisted his sellers and buyers in over 2,500 transactions over his 35-year career in real estate.

Allen believes the #1 thing that buyers and sellers want besides an agent with a good skill set, is excellent communication. Allen realizes that Realtors are being paid a lot of money for a “Short Term Service” and therefore, their agent should be available to talk with them, “When They Want to Talk”. Allen realizes buyers and sellers are busy with their daily lives and this is why he makes himself available after hours and on weekends to accommodate their need.

Allen’s grandfather started in real estate back in Boston, Massachusetts in 1915. His company was called Ginsberg & Son’s. Allen’s Dad, Aunt & Uncle took over the company in the 1970’s. Allen moved to Arizona in 1980 where he attended NAU and received 2 degrees, in Restaurant & Tourism, and the other in Marketing. Being that real estate was in his blood, Allen started with Coldwell Banker back in 1984 while finishing up at NAU. Allen created The Ginsberg Group in 1992 where he has perfected it to what it is today, “A Full-Service Real Estate Company.” In 2016, Allen’s parents had him merge their interest in Ginsberg & Son’s into his company The Ginsberg Group. Allen decided after 35 years with Coldwell Banker that it was in his client’s best interest to move to RE/MAX Fine Properties since RE/MAX is the Number #1 Real Estate Company in the world as well as Northern Arizona. They have more tools to offer their clients than any other real estate company in the business.

Real Estate has been in Allen’s blood for over 100 years! Not a lot of Realtors can say that…” So Why not go with the Best! It doesn’t cost you any more!”
